The private boarding house “Kaissa” is situated in the South shore of the Crimea in the marvelous part of the worlds nature – Alushta town. Our great town is famous by its mild climate, beautiful mountainous air? Which combine freshness of the sea and unique aroma of pine-needles.
The boarding house is situated in 12 minutes walk from the sea, accommodated 45 persons with car parking zone. There is toilet facilities, TV sets, refrigerator in the room and there are air-conditioners in the de luxe rooms.
Our boarding house is with food supplying. We drive our clients by bus to the cleanest beach in the town to Professorsky Ugolok, that makes it more convenient. In our boarding we have big billiards, table tennis, sauna, library. Constant cold and hot water supply. With the help of the setelite TV sets you may watch all European and Russian channels.
Our boarding house is also a chess center. We constantly held
international level chess tournaments with the participation
of leading International Masters and Grossmasters. If you want
to play professional chess, fulfill the norm of the international
Master or International Grossmaster we invite you to take a part
in our tournaments.
